A valid driving license from the country of residence and/or an international driving permit is required. The hirer must be over 25 years of age and have held a valid the driving license for a minimum of 24 months. He must also be in possession of proper means of identification other than a driving license.
A deposit/authorization equivalent to the estimated total cost of the hire plus KShs. 20,000/= is required by credit card . The card is only charged at the end of a rental with the finalized amount.
The vehicle must be locked when unattended. The vehicle must not be parked in a public area for long periods. The Hirer is responsible for the security of vehicle and in the event of theft is liable for payment of KShs. 2,000/= . The Hirer must not carry passengers for reward or gain.
Self-drive cars are hired subject to the Company's standard form of agreement. Notwithstanding the above conditions the Company reserves the right to refuse a hire at any time without assigning any reasons.
One day of rental is 24 hours, and is calculated from base to base.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express accepted, bank deposits. Cash payments and deposits are not allowed.
